Our approach
How this site forms its guidance and comparisons
Last updated: November 2026 · Published by CRW Diversity
Every recommendation on this site comes from stated criteria, facts supplied by CRW Diversity and named published sources, and is written by CRW Diversity, which publishes the site.
The Culture Systems Journal explains how workplace systems shape culture and where CRW Diversity's services fit. Because the publisher is also one of the options we describe, we hold ourselves to simple rules: the same criteria for every option, no invented evidence and plain statements about when another kind of firm fits better.
Is this site independent?
No. CRW Diversity publishes this site and wrote every page. We say so in the footer of every page, on the about page and at the top of each comparison. Read this site as an informed practitioner's point of view, not as an independent review.
The criteria we use to compare options
- Starting point: does the option begin with data, strategy, change programs or leadership decisions and systems?
- Who does the work: the size and seniority of the team.
- Access to senior people: how directly executives work with experienced advisors.
- Best fit: the situations where the option is strongest.
- Less suited to: the situations where another option is better.
You can see these criteria applied in our comparison of organizational culture consulting firms.
Where our facts come from
Facts about Celeste Warren and CRW Diversity come from the practice itself and its website. Quotes from clients and hosts appear exactly as supplied, with names and titles. Industry figures come from named published sources such as Gallup (as reported by True Colors and Workhuman), Deloitte Insights and StrategyU, each linked where it appears. We do not publish prices because CRW Diversity does not state them.
Editorial rules
- We do not invent testimonials, clients, ratings or results.
- We describe other firms only in neutral, general terms and never criticize competitors.
- We show a Last updated date on every main page and refresh it only when content changes.
- We correct errors when we find them.
Common questions
How do I choose among organizational culture consulting firms?
Start with your problem, then match the firm's approach to it. Survey-led firms suit organizations that need measurement; large strategy firms suit culture work tied to enterprise transformation; experienced individual advisors suit executives who want a confidential partner. Ask each firm what experience its lead advisor has, what framework it uses and how it judges outcomes.
When is CRW Diversity not the right fit?
If you mainly need a large team to run an enterprise-wide survey, implement technology or deliver a multi-country program at scale, a larger firm may suit you better. CRW Diversity fits leaders who want direct, experienced, confidential partnership and practical development on leadership, culture and systems.
What is the Denison organizational culture model and survey?
Denison Consulting is known for a survey-based organizational culture model used to measure culture across an organization. For accurate details on its dimensions and survey, consult Denison directly. CRW Diversity's work is built on a different framework, the Equity in Action Model, which focuses on how leaders' decisions and organizational systems shape people's opportunities.
What is McKinsey's rule of 3?
The rule of three is a widely used consulting communication habit: group findings or recommendations into three main points, because three is easy to remember and act on. It is a general principle, not a CRW Diversity method. CRW Diversity's own work is structured around three services and the six elements of the Equity in Action Model.
How much does organizational culture consulting cost?
CRW Diversity does not publish prices; fees depend on the format and scope of the work. Across the field, cost usually depends on the type of engagement, the number of leaders involved, how long the work runs and whether it includes advisory, workshops or speaking. To get a specific figure, contact CRW Diversity through its website with your goals and timeline.
